Returns
Our policy is to ensure complete satisfaction every time you place an order with us. If you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, please return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging and we will refund the price you paid (excluding p&p). Once we have inspected the item we will make a refund directly to your Paypal account. Please note that earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
If your item is faulty or damaged in any way or not what you ordered, we will, of course, make a full refund including p&p. Please return items by a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
